Where are the shops I can reserve & collect from?

All in Huddersfield Town Centre or within 5 miles

How do I order?
You don't, you reserve. We are using the internet as an interactive shop window for local retailers. They send us great offers to show you, you reserve them online and collect at the shop at a convenient time for you.

What's the difference between reserving here or going straight to the shop?
You can save time here by browsing many shops, and get the peace of mind that the product is in stock, at a great price and that you will be fast tracked within the store.

What is fast track?
Each shop has it's own way of ensuring that you are speeded through the collection and payment procedure by either having designated areas where your goods are waiting or whisking you to the front of the queue.

Do you guarantee the goods are in stock?
Our retailers set aside stock specifically for online reservation, but will inform us if a particular item goes out of stock. In this event the item will temporarily be removed from the website.
In the unlikely event that the item is found to be out of stock after you reserve you will be informed via email/text prior to your collection and also informed when the stock has been replenished.

Can I cancel?
Yes at any time up to paying for the goods in store. After that time your normal rights apply.

How do I cancel?
You can log into your customer area via our website (bottom left on the page) to tell us or simply email us (not the retailer) with your reservation number. This would be welcomed as other people may be wanting limited stock, but if you don't collect by the arranged time we will cancel your reservation anyway. You can always reserve again if stock is still available.

How can I pay?
You pay by the normal means available in the shop. This is usually by selected credit / debit cards or cash.

When can I collect?
Please leave at least 2 hours after you have placed your reservation before collection. It is helpful if you can specify when you would like to collect at the time you complete your online reservation.
Normal opening hours for each shop are posted on each individual product page. Some retailers may also offer out of hours early/late collections too, which will also be specified.

Can I return goods, try them on, or otherwise evaluate?
Normal rules and custom of shopping apply.

Do I need to take my printed reservation?
If you can that would be great and help speed you through the checkout. However just your unique e-reservation number will do.

Must I collect myself?
No, you can send a colleague, friend or family member to pay and collect as long as they have the reservation number.

Are the prices better with e-reservation?
Usually lower but never higher.

How do you select your retailers?
All have great reputations for service and value in their respective field. All have real shops you can visit.

What if there's a problem?
Just do what you would normally do when purchasing goods from a shop i.e. return the goods to the shop or report a problem to them.
If there is a problem with our service, please email or call our 24 hr message line 01484 599473 in the first instance. If you would like to talk to someone include your phone number and we'll call you back.

I want it fast.
Great, no waiting for the post, your goods are waiting for you.

I want to collect later in the week.
That's fine, normally goods will be held for 2 days from the time of your reservation. If you need longer you can specify when you complete your reservation. If you are going away, or can't get in to town, why not ask someone else to collect for you.

Can I pay online?
Sorry no. We only help you reserve goods to collect and pay for in store.

Can I collect on a Sunday?
Some retailers offer Sunday collection. Please see merchant details.
